With molding manufacturing, manufacturer can provide products with low cost, fast delivery and perfect consistency for mass production. Since establishment, Nanjing Wavelength Opto-Electronics has always been focus on building up closed-loop capabilities of production. All the processes, including optical design, material, lens fabricating, coating and assembly can all be down in house, ensure our customers to receive quality products with fast delivery time. Through independent R & D, Wavelength infrared has developed the capability to produce most types of chalcogenide glass materials. We can provide blanks, pre-mold balls and performs, molded lens and lens assemblies. Our company has three contact profilometers and one non-contact profilometer, allows us to control the lens surface quality during production in a timely manner. We also have the ability to design, molding and assembly lens with low Tg optical glass.

 
Infrared lens 6.8mm F1.0 fixed focus lens with 256 *192, 12um movement imaging effect is good, widely used in power prevention detection, industrial temperature measurement, process control, medical quarantine and so on. Infrared thermal imaging is passive imaging, without the need for external light sources such as daylight and light, and has the characteristics of good privacy. Moreover, the temperature difference between the target and the surrounding environment is used for imaging, with high contrast and long range, which has a certain penetrating ability for trees and grasses, and it is easy to find thermal targets. Therefore, it has been widely used in the fields of perimeter protection, intrusion alarm, outdoor and so on.
